Lip Enhancement
Lip filler treatments provide a non-surgical solution to achieve fuller, more voluptuous lips while addressing asymmetry or age-related volume loss.
Dr Arreni understands that each individual's unique features deserve a tailored touch, and prioritises delivering natural-looking outcomes that enhance rather than overpower.

Lip filler treatment is a cosmetic procedure that involves the injection of a gel-like substance into the lips to add volume, enhance their shape, and improve symmetry. The injectable used in lip fillers is usually made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body.
-
Lip Filler treatment is considered a safe and effective cosmetic procedure when performed by a qualified and experienced practitioner. The filler we use is biocompatible and biodegradable, and has been extensively tested and approved by regulatory agencies such as the FDA.

The procedure itself usually takes no more than 30 minutes. There may be some discomfort associated with the injections, but this can be minimised with the use of a local anesthetic beforehand. After this, the treatment area will be cleaned, and a fine needle used to inject the filler into the areas needing volume.
-
The most common side effects include temporary swelling, redness, and bruising at the injection site. These side effects usually resolve within a few hours to a few days. In rare cases, there may be a reaction to the filler, resulting in itching, redness, or a rash. For most, however, thereâs little to no downtime. You only need to be wary of applying makeup, sun exposure, and strenuous exercise.

The results vary depending on the type of filler used and the area of the lips treated. On average, the effects of lip filler treatment last between 6 and 12 months, after which time the procedure may be repeated to maintain the desired results.
